Mushroom Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. uncooked rice (1 pkg. Uncle Ben's wild rice and rest regular rice)
    1 can onion soup
    1 can beef consomme
    2 small cans mushrooms
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Stir in rice to coat. Add soups and mushrooms; mix.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Stir occasionally.
    Remove; sprinkle with cheese.
    Return to oven for 5 minutes.
