Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green onions, sliced
    1/4 c. chopped celery (optional)
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
    1 (10 oz.) frozen cooked shrimp
Preparation
    Put onion, celery, green peppers, garlic and butter in pan. Cook until onions are transparent.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook.
    Serve over rice.
