Healthy Italian Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. lite olive oil
1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt-free seasoning (Mrs. Dash or your favorite blend)
1 tsp. chopped fresh basil, oregano or marjoram or a dash of dried Italian blend
