Applesauce Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. canned applesauce
    2 large eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. Crisco oil
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 c. pecans, finely chopped
    1/2 c. mixed fruit
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Stir in the applesauce, sugar, oil and milk.
    Gradually add the dry ingredients which have been mixed together to the egg mixture.
    Beat well.
    Stir in 1 cup finely chopped pecans (optional) and the 1/2 cup mixed fruit (optional). Spread in well-greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
