Lemon Cream Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. quick oats
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. margarine
Preparation
    Grease 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Combine first 2 ingredients; set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine all other ingredients.
    Mix at low speed until crumbly.
    Press half of crumb mixture into prepared pan.
    Spread lemon mixture on.
    Crumble remaining mixture over all.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Cut into bars.
    Refrigerate any leftovers.
