Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 7 medium potatoes
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 can creamed soup (chicken, mushroom or celery)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes and boil until just done (don't let them get mushy).
    Cut into cubes (leave skin on).
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Sprinkle with onion, reserving a few to sprinkle on top.
    Warm soup and sour cream and pour over potatoes.
    Mix gently.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
