Noodle Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. boiling water
    3 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 c. wide noodles
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 c. minced green pepper
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Break the noodles into 1 1/2-inch pieces; cook in the boiling, salted water until tender, about 10 minutes, stirring often.
    Drain thoroughly.
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In saucepan, saute onion and green pepper in butter for about 3 minutes.
    Stir in the flour and seasonings, then stir in the milk gradually and cook, stirring, until the sauce is smooth and thick.
    Grease a 2-quart casserole. Turn the sauce into it.
    Add noodles, cottage cheese and lemon juice; toss until well blended.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake, uncovered, for 40 to 50 minutes.
    Serves 4 to 6.
