Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
    3 bananas, mashed
Preparation
    Mash bananas, one at a time.
    In another bowl, cream oleo. Add sour cream, sugar, flour, vanilla, soda and salt; mix with mixer.
    Blend in pecans and bananas.
    Put into greased loaf or Bundt pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool 10 minutes, then turn out onto plate.
