Hearty Chicken Cheese Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 c. diced potato
1 c. sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. flour
2 c. milk
2 c. Cheddar cheese
1 c. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation

Dissolve bouillon cubes in 2 cups of boiling water.
Add vegetables and seasonings.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Do not drain.
Melt butter in separate saucepan.
Add flour and stir.
Gradually add milk and stir until thick.
Add cheese; stir.
Stir cheese sauce into vegetable mixture.
Add chicken and heat through; do not boil.
