Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 small flat can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (separate 1/2 c.)
Preparation

Soften cream cheese at room temperature. Combine ingredients and roll into the 1/2 cup chopped pecans.
