Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 c. shortening
Preparation
    Sift flour and salt.
    Cut in shortening.
    Mix egg, water and vinegar.
    Add to flour mixture; stir with fork.
    Makes 5 crusts. Bake at 425\u00b0.
