Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. oleo
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt

Preparation

Mix well.
Make soft ball and mash flat with glass dipped in sugar.
Red and green sugar can be used for quick Christmas cookies.
