Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    2 c. cooked and mashed fresh pumpkin or 1 (16 oz.) can
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. In large bowl, combine pumpkin, milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt; mix well. Pour into shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 35 minutes longer or until knife inserted near edge comes out clean. Cool. Refrigerate leftovers.
