Polish Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and grated
    2 eggs
    2 medium onions, grated
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs in a large bowl.
    Stir in potatoes, onions, salt and flour.
    Mix.
    Drop spoonfuls into frying pan, well covered with melted oleo or butter.
    Flatten and brown on both sides.
    Serve with sour cream or syrup.
