Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. finely grated carrots
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add oil, eggs and carrots; mix well. Pour into three 8-inch cake pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
