Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped shrimp, ham, pork or beef
    1/2 c. green onions, thinly sliced
    4 c. cold cooked rice
    4 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    salt, if needed
Preparation
    Fry beaten eggs until firm in the oil, remove from heat and mash with fork.
    Return eggs to stove with meat.
    Add onion.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly for 3 to 4 minutes.
    Add rice and mix, then add soy sauce, sugar and salt if needed.
    Stir until rice is hot.
