Low-Fat, No Sugar Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/3 c. Sugar Twin or other substitute
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 ready to use graham cracker crust (6 oz. or 9-inch)
Preparation
    Mix the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed until well blended.
    Add eggs; mix until blended.
    Pour mixture into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until center is almost set.
    Cool.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
