Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. oil
4 c. diced apples (2 large)
1 c. nuts
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) butterscotch bits

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Sift dry ingredients together, then add to the first mixture.
Add vanilla, apples and nuts.
Put into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan; sprinkle top with butterscotch bits before baking in a 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 to 50 minutes.
