Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can evaporated milk
1 lb. graham crackers
1 lb. marshmallows
1 lb. light raisins
1 lb. dark raisins
1 lb. currants
1 lb. English walnuts
1 lb. black walnuts
2 lb. pecans
1 lb. Brazil nuts
1/4 lb. citron
1/4 lb. orange peel
1/4 lb. lemon peel
7 oz. pitted dates
1 pkg. figs
6 slices pineapple
Preparation
-
Dice all fruit and nuts.
Heat milk and dissolve marshmallows. Crush graham crackers; mix well.
Store in refrigerator.
Put in wax lined containers.
