Fish Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. crab, shrimp, scallops or whitefish (uncooked) or a combination thereof
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. diced onion
    2 c. milk (1%)
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs or 1 carton Egg Beaters
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Cut cream cheese in small cubes.
    Whisk eggs; add other ingredients and mix well.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes in a 9 1/2-inch deep dish pie plate.
    Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
