Ricotta Pie(Italian Easter Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. rice, cooked and cooled under running water
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla or lemon or orange
    6 eggs
    1 1/2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    sugar to taste
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour in pie crust.
    Top with crust and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until set.
