Lemon Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box lemon cake mix
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation

Grease and flour two loaf pans.
Beat cake mix, pudding mix, oil and eggs until well blended.
Stir in water and extract.
Pour into loaf pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. When cool, dust with powdered sugar.
