Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. (8 to 10) tacos
1 c. tomato puree
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large garlic
2 Tbsp. lard
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 Tbsp. oregano
1/2 Tbsp. cumin
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry garlic and onion in lard until browned.
Add flour, tomato puree, water, chili powder, oregano and cumin.
Simmer 15 minutes.
