Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. soda
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. pecans
Preparation

Beat eggs on high for 1 minute, then add sugar, lemon juice, spices, salt and soda.
Mix well, then fold flour and pumpkin in. Spread on greased cookie sheet, then sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Turn out on towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar and roll up with towel.
Let cool.
When cake is
cool, unroll and spread with filling.
