Bacon And Egg Casserole Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sage-onion stuffing cubes
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
dash of onion salt
8 slices bacon
Preparation

Butter an 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
Layer stuffing croutons and Cheddar cheese.
Combine eggs, salt, pepper, onion salt and milk; mix until well blended.
Pour over croutons and cheese.
Fry bacon until crisp; drain.
Break into bite size pieces and lay on top of casserole.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve immediately. Serves 8.
