Cheese Blintzes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1 egg
1 c. milk
Preparation

Mix with hand beater until lumps are gone.
Spray small frypan with
Pam.
Put
2
large tablespoons at a time in hot pan. Brown
for
a
few
seconds on each side.
Place cottage cheese mixed
with
a little sour cream into center and roll. Serve with strawberry preserves and sausage.
