Breakfast Of Champions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices buttered sourdough bread
2 lb. sausage (I use links)
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
3 c. milk
Preparation
-
Place sourdough bread, cut in cubes, in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cook sausage just until it changes color and arrange over bread.
Then add cheese, salt and pepper over mixture in pan.
Do not stir.
