Apple Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter or margarine, softened
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flaked coconut
20 oz. can sliced apples
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream
1 egg

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut butter into dry cake mix until crumbly.
Mix in coconut.
Pat mixture lightly into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, building up slightly around the edges.
Bake for 10 minutes.
