Persian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 white potatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can sweet green peas
    1 whole cut up boiled chicken
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. salt
    1 small jar green salad olives
    cherry tomatoes (about 10)
Preparation
    Dice, boil and drain the potatoes.
    Drain peas.
    Debone and dice the chicken.
    Mix all ingredients together, saving 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
    Form into an oblong shape on a meat platter.
    Spread leftover mayonnaise on top.
    Decorate with olives and tomatoes. Serves 12.
