Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. tomato juice
    1 c. oil
    4 to 5 hot peppers
    3 lb. onions
    2 full heads garlic
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. salt
    5 large cans tomato paste
    1 tsp. sweet basil
Preparation
    Dice or place in blender, peppers, onions and garlic.
    Add to other ingredients and simmer 3 hours.
    Put in jars and seal. Makes about 16 pints.
