Hot Mustard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dry mustard
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Mix mustard and vinegar in a small pan and let stand overnight.
    Next day, stir in sugar.
    Add eggs and salt.
    Cook until thickened.
    This is very hot; use sparingly.
    Good on any kind of meat sandwiches.
