Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. boneless chicken breast
    1/2 egg white
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. diced green pepper
    3 Tbsp. diced red pepper
    2 Tbsp. green onions
    oil
    15 slices ginger
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sesame oil
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Cut chicken into cubes.
    Add egg white, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon cornstarch.
    Marinate for 1/2 hour.
    Deep fry and set aside.
