German Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 stalks celery
4 large onions
6 eggs
1/2 gal. sweet milk
1 large loaf bread
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
salt to taste
butter
Preparation

Put butter in skillet and melt, cooking celery and onions that have been chopped up.
When slightly brown, add meat.
While cooking or before, put bread that has been slightly toasted, in milk that has been almost boiled.
Pour milk over broken bread pieces and let stand 30 minutes.
Then add all ingredients together.
