Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and season to taste.
    Cut up Velveeta in 1-inch cubes.
    Place in microwave safe dish.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes (undrained).
    Microwave until cheese is melted.
    Add ground beef. Stir and serve with tortilla chips.
