Banana Boats - cooking recipe

Ingredients

peeled firm bananas
miniature marshmallows
chocolate chips

Preparation

Cut V-shape wedge the length of each banana.
Place banana on double thickness of heavy-duty foil.
Stuff bananas with chips and marshmallows.
Wrap securely.
Cook over coals 10 to 15 minutes.
