Chicken In The Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 frying chicken, cut in pieces
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
butter
1 can creamed corn
2 cubes bouillon, mixed with 1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
1 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Preparation

Season chicken with salt and flour.
Brown in butter, then remove when brown.
Saute onion and green peppers until soft, then add seasoning, bouillon and corn.
Place chicken in casserole with corn mixture and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
