Zucchini Oatmeal Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 c. quick cooking oats, uncooked
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    4 eggs
    1 large zucchini, grated
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    400\u00b0.
    Mix together eggs, squash and oil. In\tanother
    bowl
    beat eggs.
    Stir in zucchini and oil. Stir
    egg mixture all at once into dry ingredients (which have been
    blended together) just until flour is moistened.
    Batter will
    be
    lumpy. Pour
    into\t18 greased muffin cups.
    Bake 25 minutes at 400\u00b0.
