Cheese Pie(Quiche) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cream
1/2 c. milk
3 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
Preparation

Mix flour through cheese.
Mix cream and milk with eggs.
Add cheese and seasonings.
Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0, then turn oven to 325\u00b0 and bake 25 or 30 minutes more.
