Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. milk
3 egg yolks
1 tsp. vanilla
1 sq. chocolate
Preparation

Blend flour, cornstarch, salt and sugar in saucepan.
Stir in milk and add chocolate.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
Stir a couple tablespoons of this chocolate mixture into your egg yolks.
Return egg yolks and chocolate to the remaining chocolate mixture and stir constantly for 2 minutes; add vanilla and pour into a baked pie shell.
Cool in refrigerator and cover with chocolate Cool Whip before serving.
