German Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pork chops
4 small potatoes, sliced
salt to taste (optional)
2 c. kraut with juice
1 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation

Sprinkle skillet with salt and brown chops.
Arrange potato slices in baking dish.
Sprinkle with salt.
Top with kraut. Sprinkle caraway over.
Put chops on top.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
