Hot Garlic-Herb Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf Italian bread (approximately 14 inches)
1/2 c. soft butter
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. fresh minced dill
1 large clove garlic, minced
grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut the bread diagonally into 1-inch slices.
Blend the butter, 1 tablespoon parsley, oregano, dill and garlic.
Put the bread slices together again after putting the butter mixture on each slice.
Shape aluminum foil around the bread in a boat like fashion, twisting the ends and leaving the top open.
Spread a small amount of the butter mixture on top of bread, then sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese and the 1 tablespoon parsley.
Heat in 400\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
