Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 egg yolks
    1 lb. fine sugar
    1 pt. good bourbon
    1/8 c. gin
    1/8 c. vodka
    1/8 c. good Scotch
    2 pt. whipping cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs and add sugar gradually so it will almost dissolve. Add slowly (gently) bourbon to which has been added gin, vodka and Scotch.
    Whip the cream to stiff peaks.
    Whip whites of 6 eggs and stir in slowly, but well, until whites seem to disappear.
    Let age for 2 days before serving.
    Relax and enjoy.
