Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Put bread and raisins in greased 2-quart dish. Combine sugar, eggs, cinnamon and salt. Stir in milk.
    Pour over bread and raisins.
    Stir.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Set dish in shallow pan on oven rack. Add 1-inch water.
    Bake 1 hour and 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until knife inserted comes out clean.
