Italian Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. basil
    3 cloves garlic
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    4 (1-inch) pork chops
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Chop garlic fine.
    Add salt and basil and mash into paste. Rub pork chops with the paste and leave for 1 hour.
