Harvest Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. chopped apples
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. salad oil
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. soda
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. walnuts

Preparation

Combine first 2 ingredients in bowl; stir often.
Let stand 1 hour.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes in tube pan or 2 (4 x 8-inch) bread pans.
