Persimmon Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. persimmon pulp
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. each: cinnamon, soda, salt and vanilla
    2 Tbsp. hot water
Preparation
    Dissolve soda in hot water.
    Mix all ingredients together. Beat well.
    Pour into greased mold.
    Bake 1 hour in covered roaster (set in pan of hot water).
