Soyameat Vegetable Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. soyameat, grated (chicken style)
    1 c. farmer style cottage cheese
    3 medium carrots, shredded
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 egg
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients lightly in a large bowl.
    Pour into a loaf pan or shallow casserole.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 50 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
