Auntie Lisa'S Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    7 to 8 c. lukewarm water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 2/3 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add oil, 3/4 teaspoon salt and flour; mix.
    Add flour as needed.
    Dough must be soft, not sticky.
    Knead.
    Put in lubricated bowl; lubricate surface of dough.
    Cover; let sit for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
