Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. corn oil
3 c. sugar
3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts or 1 c. raisins (optional)

Preparation

Beat eggs, then add corn oil, sugar and zucchini.
Add remaining ingredients.
Grease tube pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
