Boursin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cold butter (in chips)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 or 2 small cloves garlic
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Process garlic and butter for 30 seconds.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Chill.
    Serve with crackers.
